Returns Policy
1. About Returns and Exchanges - At TRX Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item is untorn, and no handwritten marks inside the book.
- The item is returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that certain items, such as digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized or customized products, are not eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [support@trxbooks.com] to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your name, contact information, order number, and reason for the return.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days (count starts when process was internally approved.)
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
